cold chips soggy onion rings

The staff addressed questions efficiently.

The bar snacks were disappointing. I paid £16 for a chicken burger that had a tiny chicken nugget inside. Chips weren't fully cooked and were cold.. Onion rings at £6 were soggy too. It seemed like the food was microwaved and poorly prepared.

underwhelming stay

rude staff unclear parking

The location was decent enough. It was close to where i needed to be.

The front desk staff at check-out were not pleasant. I found them downright rude. i was charged a hefty sum for a coffee and what they called donuts, but i'd call stale. also, the parking situation was unclear. The signs were not clearly marked at all

inferior mattress quality low quality breakfast

the room was clean and tidy it was easy to find.

there wasn't a mattress protector on the bed i found that strange. the mattress quality felt inferior it reminded me of premier inn. breakfast seemed low quality i reminded me of i had to leave quickly instead of relaxing.

convenient and super clean stay

key location modern design

the location was key, immediately next door to the hydro. the hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. i appreciated the proximity to the event venue. the modern design added to the overall positive experience.

the downstairs bar did not have food available two nights out of three. the sec car park is the designated parking, accessible around the corner and up an escalator. i would have liked more consistent food service and easier parking access.

the room was clean, bright, comfortable and modern! it had nice toiletries. the view from the room was great, and the bed was amazing after a long day. i found the room well equipped and quiet.
